The 2nd Congress of the EUSPM will be held in Berlin at the ICC-Internationales Congress Centrum.

All congress delegates must register in advance of the congress.

Available registration fees are:

                Euro 75,00 (VAT incl.) for EUSPM members

                Euro 100,00 (VAT incl.) for non members

 

REMITTANCE

Registrations must be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.

Abstracts Submission

Abstracts must be submitted within 25th April 2011. Anyone presenting an abstract must register for the Congress and pay the appropriate fee.

HOW TO PREPARE AND SEND IN AN ABSTRACT

You must e-mail your abstract as a Word attached document to marina.festinese@mzcongressi.com.
Your abstract must be prepared as a Word document as follows:
Word version: MS Word for Windows version 2000 (.doc)
Font: Arial
Font dimension: Title: 8pt; Authors, affiliations and text: 8pt
Symbols: "Symbol" font can be accepted if enclosed as follows ONLY: select "Symbol" from the "Insert" menu. Then select "Arial" or, if Arial is not provided, "Normal text" in the "Type of font" box. You  can now look for your symbol and insert it in your abstract. IMPORTANT: if the symbol is selected from any other Font type, it will be turned into an unidentified sign when printed out. For a final check, please select all the text of your abstract ("Select all" from the "Edit" menu) and check if the Font box shows "Arial" font. If not, it means that you have included a font different from "Arial". In this last case, please check your abstract and identify where the different font has been used. This font must be replaced by an "Arial" symbol font.
Tables and figures: tables and figures are not allowed
Body of the abstract: the body of the abstract should not exceed 250 words. Please note that the word and characters count of the BODY of the abstract does not include title, authors' names and affiliations. The text must be left justified and single-spaced. Paragraphs and indentations must be avoided.  "Background", "Methods", "Results" and "Conclusions" must start on a new line.
Authors: authors' names must be written in plain font. Authors' name must start with the initial(s) to be followed by the second names. The presenting author must be underlined. Each author must indicate department, institution, town, and country (no country abbreviation before postal code). Please indicate the E-mail address of the corresponding author at the end. In case of more than one affiliation, it is necessary to add superscript numbers to each author name and precede each affiliation with the corresponding superscript number. NB: run on and do not start a new line with a new affiliation!
